It's time to pick your streak!
Your streak should be "laughably simple." Many people struggle with consistency because they make the activity too difficult. Ask yourself, "Can I keep this streak alive while traveling, or when I'm sick at home, or even when the dog needs a surprise visit to the vet."
A daily streak is one you plan to complete every day regardless of your routine disruptions. You can create a daily, weekly, or monthly streak. We recommend choosing one streak to complete for 100 days before starting another so you can prove to yourself you can be consistent!
Now that you have your streak, it's now time to keep track of it! If you don't keep track of your streak then you really don't have a streak.
